Montpelier’s Christmas Tree

This year our school Christmas tree has kindly been donated again by The Christmas Forest.

They will be selling a selection of sustainably grown, freshly cut Christmas trees that have been handpicked for their quality and variety. There is also a selections of holly, wreaths, mistletoe, and treats for the children to choose from.

For every tree bought, they donate to plant a tree in the African drylands through Tree Aid. www.treeaid.org.uk

So far, they have planted 18,725 trees, bringing the total to 251,000 trees. With the support of local schools, including Montpelier, they hope to reach a target of 300,000 trees planted!

Prices of Christmas trees start from £18. Parking and delivery are available. Or you can order online at www.christmasforest.co.uk

The Christmas Forest store is situated on Ealing Common, and will be opening on November 21st, from 8am to 10pm.

Please help show your support in this wonderful cause when shopping for your tree.

The Ealing Half Marathon and Mini Mile

Thank you so much to everyone who donated, the runners, supporters, organisers and volunteers.

Together we raised a fantastic £5940.20. With the addition of Gift Aid this brought the total to an incredible £7014 !

The money raised is a huge boost to our funds which go towards equipment and resources for the school to benefit our children's education.

This was the first time Montpelier PTFA entered a team for the EHM Ealing Schools Challenge. We had 27 adults running in our Montpelier PTFA team for the Ealing Schools Challenge and an estimated 50+ children running in the Mini Mile / Family Mile. The combination of donations and support not only helped the runners immensely but also reflected the warmth of the wonderful community we have around us at Montpelier.

It was a great weekend!
